Let’s All

The best teachers are those who show you where to look, but don’t tell you what to see.

Coleman’s Classroom

An ESL Educator’s POV

A Place for Education and Inclusion

Welcome to My Classroom

Jesse Stuart once said, “Write something to suit yourself and many people will like it; write something to suit everybody and scarcely anyone will care for it."

I have taken this idea to heart, so my site is an extension of my English classroom based on my own personal pedagogical beliefs and choices where I continually strive to represent an America that is tolerant and accepting of all people while providing excellent educational resources for all.

To begin, I will post a semi-weekly blog with language tips, writing information, motivational content, classroom tales, and cultural advice. I will also have some of my classroom lessons on writing, reading, speaking, and grammar. Here too will be my venue to show my publications and eventually, sell them and other merchandise.

Becoming fluent in English takes time and effort, but I whole-hardheartedly believe the end result will be worth all the work you put in. I hope the resources your find here will help you achieve your goals!
